Refund policy

Returns

If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and wish to return your order, then please email sales@cosynosecandlecompany.com to receive details on how to make a return with your proof of purchase (e.g. order number). You will then have a further 14 days to return your item. Your item must be returned to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We are under no obligation to refund an item which does not meet the above criteria.

We will refund the purchase price but not any costs incurred with the return delivery. Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit then we cannot be held responsible.

Damaged or Faulty items

You should check the item upon delivery. If an item is faulty or damaged or sent to you incorrectly, then you must notify us within 7 days by emailing us at sales@cosynosecandlecompany.com along with your proof of purchase. If you do not notify us within 7 days then you will have been deemed to have accepted the item. We will also require supporting photographs to be sent to us. After a review of your request, we will either replace your order or process a refund.
